Job Description

We are looking for a Production Specialist employee to work in several support positions in the shop, including but not limited to plastic prep, rubber prep, crate building, metal and plastic lapping. The ideal candidate is someone with mechanical ability and the desire to learn new skills. Once trained, the individual will learn to run some simple manual machines, with the potential to advance to the role of machine operator.

• The ability to follow instructions.
• Problem solving skills.
• Prior machine or wood shop experience is a plus, but not required for this position.
• The desire to learn and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for 8 - 10 hour shift & lift 35 pounds.

The wage range for this position is commensurate to your experience.
